(AISATS) Training Academy Counselor & Admin JOB PURPOSE & SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES To support the Training Academy in BLR conducting seminars and providing effective counseling to trainees, managing administrative operations, promoting academy courses, and ensuring smooth coordination of training programs and resources Counseling & Trainee Support Provide personalized guidance to trainees on career development, training pathways, and personal challenges. Use strong counseling and convincing skills to motivate trainees. Address trainee grievances and provide support to resolve conflicts, ensuring a positive learning environment. Conduct regular check-ins with trainees to monitor their progress and provide feedback. Organize and facilitate workshops and seminars on career guidance, skill development, and personal well-being. Maintain accurate records of trainee interactions, counseling sessions, and progress. Administrative Support Manage and maintain student records, attendance, and training schedules. Coordinate with trainers and other departments to ensure smooth program execution. Assist in the preparation of training materials and resources. Manage and maintain training facilities and equipment. Handle inquiries from potential students and provide information about academy courses and programs. Marketing & Promotion Assist in the promotion of academy courses and programs through various channels. Develop and maintain marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content. Organize and participate in promotional events, such as career fairs and open houses. Coordinate with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies. Collaborate with other departments to create new marketing initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Training Program Coordination Coordinate with trainers, trainees, and other departments to ensure smooth program execution. Schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Manage and maintain training resources, such as classrooms, equipment, and materials. Monitor trainee attendance and performance. Collect feedback from trainees and trainers to improve training programs. Assist in the evaluation of training programs. Resource Management Manage and maintain training resources, such as classrooms, equipment, and materials. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary resources. Ensure the availability and proper functioning of training equipment. Monitor and track resource utilization and costs. Implement and maintain resource management policies and procedures. Reporting & Compliance Prepare and submit regular reports on trainee progress, program effectiveness, and resource utilization. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. Maintain confidentiality of trainee information. Participate in internal and external audits as required. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Human Resources) or equivalent experience. Proven experience in counseling, education, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with trainees. Excellent organizational and administrative skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of training programs and methodologies. Experience in marketing and promotion is a plus. Experience in resource management is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills.
