Job description
Review the existing training deck and understand its learning goals, audience, and structure. Transform the content into a Train-the-Trainer version . Ensure the TTT version supports trainers in delivering sessions that are consistent, engaging, and aligned with adult learning principles. Collaborate with stakeholders to align on tone, content delivery, and regional considerations if needed. Requirements Proven experience as a trainer or L&D professional with a track record of developing Train-the-Trainer decks.
