We are looking for

Trainer Technology (m/f/d)

• Conducting practical mechanical product training for customers and internal teams, as well as practical training on real system components at our headquarters in Parkstein (4-6 people per course)
• Teaching mechanics fundamentals, system assembly, maintenance and repair processes, and much more
• Preparing our technicians (m/f/d) for the independent operation and handling of our highly automated logistics systems
• Contributing to the design of training materials
• Individual support of participants – from beginners to professionals
• Teaching quality and safety standards
• Conducting training audits at our customers' sites

• a technical apprenticeship (e.g., industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or comparable) or an electrical apprenticeship, ideally with further training as a master craftsman/technician (m/f/d), alternatively a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable
• ideally, initial professional experience in the areas of mechanical maintenance, system assembly, service, automation technology, maintenance, or the operation of automated systems
• technical understanding and motivation to impart and pass on knowledge
• strong didactic and communication skills
• English language skills, written and spoken
• Willingness to travel approximately 15% per year or more for training purposes, both domestically and abroad
