Trainer of School Bus Drivers

What we offer

The training is compensated to allow you to obtain your Class 2 license with an F mention without costs. The position offers a annual salary of approximately $50,000 CAD and flexible hours: no evening or weekend work, with paid holidays that follow the school calendar and additional assignments. Responsibilities

• Offer theoretical and practical training to new drivers.
• Host continuing education sessions for in-place employees.
• Evaluate driver skills according to Transports Québec and company standards.
• Maintain training records up-to-date.
• Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective measures.
• Contribute to safety meetings and prevention initiatives.
• Travel between training sites.
• Class 2 license with F mention (training offered to eligible candidates).
• Minimum 2 years of experience driving buses.
• Experience in training or mentoring (asset).
• Clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and group animation skills.
• Autonomy and ability to manage multiple priorities.
