Trainer (m/w/d) in Claims Management

Verti is MAPFRE's digital brand. We are looking for a trainer to support our claims management team. The ideal candidate should have experience in training and coaching employees, preferably in an insurance or financial services environment. The trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for our claims management team, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of these programs. The trainer will also work closely with other departments to ensure that all training programs are aligned with company goals and objectives. In addition, the trainer will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in claims management.
