Candidates must have a solid and demonstrable experience in operating CNC machines.

Advanced knowledge of technical drawing and tolerance interpretation.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Prior experience as a CNC trainer – mandatory.

Certification as a trainer – constitutes an advantage.

Job Description

The purpose of the role is to form and develop the competencies of MUCN operators in using CNC machines correctly and efficiently, according to company technical and quality standards.

Main responsibilities:

Supporting theoretical and practical training sessions for CNC operators.
Developing and updating training materials.
Evaluating the level of knowledge and skills of operators and proposing development plans.
Ensuring compliance with safety and quality norms during training.
Collaborating with production and HR teams to identify training needs.
