Trainer Center Client Location: Łęczna ul. Górnicza 1

Leading training and development workshops for consultants

Coaching and mentoring operational employees

Preparing and updating training materials

Collaboration with Team Coordinators, Development Department, and external departments to improve team performance

Determining training needs and initiating supporting actions

Minimum 6 months of experience in the Center's structures

Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills

Able to organize own work and project work

Willingness to work with people and support their development

Able to lead engaging and effective training sessions

Very good knowledge of tools: Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva

Familiarity with procedures and standards applicable in CUK

Readiness for flexible work hours (8:00-16:00 / 12:00-20:00)

Driving license category B (mobility within project training)

Employment contract on a full-time basis
