Traineeship Change Management

We

· A permanent contract with a monthly salary of € 2,709.40 based on 36 hours including IKB. Furthermore, your salary grows annually with your development.

· Do you have a 40-hour assignment? Then you will receive 125% of those 4 extra hours. You will then have a gross monthly salary of € 3,018.60,- including the IKB.

· 12.33% Individual Choice Budget (IKB), of which 8.33% is holiday pay and 4% for extra leave, a sports subscription, a lease bicycle, or payout. Bonus: IKB counts towards your mortgage, so your dream home comes one step closer.

· Lease car with fuel or charging card without a personal contribution.

· A Development Manager: your personal career coach who supports you in your growth and provides access to a broad network of experts and coaches, accessible through our own Expertiseboog (Expertise Arch).

· Unlimited budget for education, training, and upskilling to stimulate your development.

What can you expect?

The traineeship consists of a number of fixed components:

• Every month you can start with the best onboarding program in the Netherlands! Apply now and start at Talent&Pro on, for example, Friday, August 21, September 4, or 11, 2026.
• Gain a lot of relevant work experience in a short time with appealing names within and outside financial services such as ABN AMRO, ASR, and the Tax Administration.
• Ongoing skills training, professional training such as Wft's and Agile Leadership, Management Development, Communicating with Stakeholders, and Lean Green Belt.

As a Change Management trainee in our Business Change Management unit, you will help various financial service providers with complex change processes, among others. An important example of this is the implementation of the Future Pensions Act (Wet Toekomst Pensioenen). In addition, we offer increasingly more opportunities outside the financial sector in the field of change management, such as the new energy transition and within the public sector. As a change manager, you will make an impact across all sectors by making a significant contribution to the changing environment at process and project level. You start by gaining practical knowledge, diving deep into existing processes and regulations. With this valuable experience, you can ultimately play a crucial role at both process and project levels, thus making an impact within and beyond the financial sector.

Learn essential skills for a successful change manager, such as Agile Scrum Foundation, stakeholder management, and Lean Six Sigma. You

• In possession of a higher professional education (hbo) or university (wo) degree, or in the final phase of your studies.
• Available for 36-40 hours per week.
• Strong command of the Dutch language (C1).
• Willingness to travel within the Randstad region; we arrange transport.
• Enthusiastic to work in secondment; you enjoy working on various assignments with different clients.
