What will you do as a Trainee Subsidies at Profource?

As a Trainee Subsidies, you will work on projects within central government and local authorities. You will help organizations quickly and carefully gain clarity on their subsidy applications. In this way, you will directly contribute to financial stability and social progress.
During the traineeship:

• You will process subsidy applications and build files;


• You will check financial data and coordinate with applicants;


• You will ensure correct administrative processing in the systems;


• You will analyze processes and think along about improvements;


• You will follow training courses through our Profource Academy, with over 100 courses focused on Finance, Government, AI, and Communication;


• You will receive guidance from your team manager, career coach, and colleagues.

Who you are

You are meticulous, analytical, and enjoy bringing structure to complex issues. You take responsibility, communicate clearly, and enjoy working collaboratively towards social results.
In addition:

• You have a (nearly) completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a similar field;


• You are eager to learn and want to develop yourself into a consultant within the public sector;


• You enjoy working in an environment where learning and performance go hand in hand;
