Traineeship - Service Administration

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organised Service Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term traineeship, where you will have the opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Business. This is a vital role within our WA Service team, providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our service delivery.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the coordination of service jobs, timesheet entry, travel bookings, and general office administration. You will also be part of a rotating reception roster, ensuring professional front-of-house service for both visitors and phone enquiries.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing administrative support to the Service Manager and Supervisors

• Processing timesheets, booking travel, and assisting with workflow coordination

• Processing purchase orders, receipting supplier invoices, and supporting cost tracking

• Participating in the reception roster, including answering phones and greeting visitors

• Managing uniforms, office supplies, and consumables

• Maintaining contractor records and supporting inductions

• Handling document management, mail distribution, filing, and general office upkeep

• Assisting with meeting room setups and providing back-up support to other administrators as required
