Traineeship Public Relations (m/w/d)

Tasks

You will complete a 12-month traineeship in our agency and learn skills in the following areas:

Account Management

• Strategy development
• Communication
• KPI reporting
• Budget planning
• Campaign planning

Corporate Communication

• Media work
• Writing press releases, guest articles, and statements
• Conducting interviews & accompanying press conferences
• Media training
• LinkedIn management and marketing
• Thought leadership
• Monitoring & agenda surfing
• Organizing speaker placements

Lifestyle Communication

• Creating product mailings
• Handling samples and seedings
• BUILDING media relations
• Participating in network events
• Influencer marketing
• Monitoring & trend development

Qualification

• You have a completed degree in the fields of Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Studies, etc.
• You enjoy working daily with founders, investors, journalists, and your team
• You are interested in social-political issues, current trends, and start-ups
• You see the traineeship as a springboard for a Junior Consultant position at Cléo
• You speak German on a native level and have very good English skills (spoken and written)
• You are an organizational talent and responsible
• You have excellent teamwork skills, but also the willingness to work independently and goal-oriented
• You bring enthusiasm, eagerness for new challenges, and a certain startup mentality
• You have a good sense of developing communication opportunities and creative storytelling
• You are confident in handling MS Office and iOS applications
