WE DO is a family-owned communication agency with 30 employees at our locations in Berlin (headquarters) and Hamburg. Under the motto "Sustainable Communication with Content and Attitude", we work on social issues.
You have completed your training or studies successfully and are now looking for your career start? We are looking for an intern Trainee in the field of Project Management to support our team in Hamburg starting from Juni 2026.
As a trainee at WE DO, you will be trained over 12 months to become a: Junior Project Manager and learn through on-the-job training what it's like to work in an agency — with real responsibility from the start.

Aufgaben

  • You will work on social communication projects with — from prevention to energy transition — and bring events to life: digitally, hybrid, and live.
  • You will take over independent sub-projects and use professional project management tools.
  • You will develop innovative concepts - with ideas for dialogue events, SoMe or stakeholder communication - for customers in fields that really matter: democracy, infrastructure, energy transition, education, prevention, and sustainability.
  • You will keep projects on track: You organize meetings, coordinate alignments, and keep timings and deadlines in mind.
  • You will coordinate external service providers, keep budgets in mind, and work with KPIs.
  • You will accompany customers content-wise and organizationally — from briefing to meeting. Precise, reliable, and forward-thinking.

Qualifikation

  • A completed degree or training in communication, project management, business administration, social sciences, or politics.
  • First practical experience in an agency or comparable environment — internships count.
  • Ideal knowledge of renewable energies, infrastructure projects, or prevention programs.
  • Experience or strong interest in working with political actors — e.g. state and local politicians, ministries, federal authorities, parties, or political foundations.
  • A structured, team-oriented work style with organizational talent and a sense for numbers.
  • Very good German language skills, good English language skills, and willingness to travel and hold a Class B driver's license.
