You start in a tailored guidance and training plan, where the first year is primarily focused on getting familiar with the industry, disciplines, your colleagues, and the organization. To learn all of this well, you'll start at the department of work preparation. Besides your 'learning on the job', you'll also participate in a traineeship class. Together, you'll be trained to become a Work Preparer via an external training institute.
Not entirely unimportant, you'll start with a salary of €3,000 BPM and a lease car.

In the second year, you'll further specialize yourself and will make the transition to Execution. You'll work on various assignments together with the execution team. Also this year, you'll follow specialized training courses in the direction of your field. Additionally, you'll participate in the internal network of the organization with the goal of personal development. Depending on your performance, you'll also make a salary step.

In year 3, you'll learn to independently execute small projects. You'll still follow external training courses that will ensure that you can successfully perform the role of project leader in the future. You'll work on your personal development, your project management skills, and your network. Also this year (depending on your performance), you'll make a salary step.

In the following years, you'll work as a project leader and will grow depending on your ambition to become a project manager or perhaps even Site Manager. Everything is possible with this organization if you want it!
