What exactly does our traineeship entail? Read on quickly:

We will go on a journey together for at least two years. Together with your field manager (and fellow Werkmandejongers), you will work on your personal development. At the same time, you will gain work experience in various roles at different clients. These roles take place within the operational business processes of our clients. This can be on the procurement, sales, or internal process side of organizations. The types of work activities therefore also vary!

We work with clients in a region that roughly runs from Nijmegen/Arnhem to Utrecht/Amersfoort. This allows you to gain experience at various organizations without having to travel throughout the country.

» Year 1: Together with you, we will discover where your talents lie and how they can best be utilized. You will start working at one of our clients in the business world. Think of large well-known names such as: Lidl, Bol.com, or Toyota. But many clients in the SME segment are also among our clients. This way, you will discover what suits you, both in terms of environment and type of work!

» Year 2: Here we will delve deeper. You will follow training sessions with your TOP group and additional personal learning paths in our Academy. You will prepare for your 3rd, or perhaps even 4th assignment. Each of which will be deepening or broadening based on what you have already done.

» Year 3: Depending on your ambitions, we can specialize further based on the Roadmap. Will you choose the 'grow your business' direction? Or does 'connect your business' better suit your style?

What we offer:

In this traineeship, we offer you diversity and flexibility because you will always work in a different work environment, but at the same time, you have the security of a contract with us. Moreover, you can count on:

• A starting salary of € 2,830 gross per month based on a 40-hour work week. During the traineeship, your salary will increase annually through a personal and collective raise. Additionally, you will take steps based on your development;
• 25 vacation days based on a 40-hour work week;
• Working for a vision-driven organization with strong mutual commitment, which you will experience through personal guidance, among other things;
• Various (informal) team outings with the nicest colleagues (last year's program included a study trip to Austria!);
• Excellent employment conditions such as a lease car, pension scheme, and profit-sharing scheme.
