What will you do: Your first professional step in IT As a trainee at OGD you'll be taking giant strides in the world of IT. Your strong affinity with technology and your HBO-level knowledge will help you with that. We're not making unrealistic promises – you won't be starting directly in a DevOps- or Consultancy-team. But we'll be preparing you in two years to take that step. The first year: growing in practice In the first year of the traineeship you'll be strengthening your technical knowledge, stakeholder management, and project management skills. You'll be working on various projects, collaborating with colleagues, and learning from experienced professionals. You'll also be following a customized training program, tailored to your interests and strengths. This will help you develop a solid foundation in IT and prepare you for the next step. The second year: specialization and growth In the second year you'll be specializing in a specific area of IT, such as data science, cybersecurity, or software development. You'll be working on more complex projects, taking on more responsibility, and developing your skills further. You'll also be participating in workshops, training sessions, and networking events to further develop your professional network. At the end of the traineeship you'll be ready to take the next step in your career, whether that's a job at OGD or another organization.
