We

• A permanent contract with a monthly salary of €2,709.40 based on 36 hours including IKB. Additionally, your salary grows annually with your development.
• Do you have a contract for40 hours? Then you will receive125% for those 4 extra hours. Your gross monthly salary will be€3,018.60 including the IKB.
• 12.33% Individual Choice Budget (IKB), of which8.33% is holiday pay and4% for additional leave, a sports subscription, a leased bicycle, or payout.Bonus: IKB counts towards your mortgage, so your dream home is one step closer.

What can you expect?

The Mortgage Traineeship consists of several fixed components:

• The best onboarding program in the Netherlands, with the possibility to start every month! Apply now and start at Talent&Pro on, for example, Friday 11 September, 18 September, or 2 October 2026.
• You will work for various banking clients such as ABN AMRO, Rabobank, ASN Bank, ING, and Nationale-Nederlanden.
• Continuous vocational training and skills training such as Wft certificates, Masterclass Mortgage Industry, and control over your own development.

As a trainee, you start as amortgage underwriter. In this role, you will assess mortgage applications, analyze risks, and determine the conditions under which a mortgage can be granted. You can grow intocorporate income underwriter, where you handlecomplex applications from entrepreneurs and developcustomized solutions. Additionally, you canspecializeas amortgage advisor, guiding clients through the entire mortgage process and collaborating with lenders, real estate agents, and notaries.

By working on real client files, you gain insight intodiverse financial situations, learn to deal withlaws and regulations, and quickly build the knowledge needed to grow further in the industry.

During the Talent phase, you will be introduced to various aspects of the mortgage profession. You will obtain yourWft certificationsand follow training courses such as theMasterclass Mortgage Industry. Simultaneously, you will work on your skills in Agile working, Lean Six Sigma, and professional communication techniques.

In the Professional phase, you will receive moreresponsibility. You will work onmore complex client files, provideadviceindependently, and build strongclient relationships. You will grow in your role and develop expertise that will allow you to advance to positions such asmortgage specialist,mortgage advisor, orcorporate income underwriter. The mortgage industry offers you afuture-proof careerwith ample opportunities for development, both in the breadth and depth of the field.

You

• Possess a bachelor's or master's degree, or are in the final phase of your studies.
• Are available for 36-40 hours per week.
• Have a strong command of the Dutch language (C1).
• Are willing to travel within the Randstad region; we will arrange transportation.
• Are enthusiastic about working in secondment; you enjoy working on various assignments with diverse clients.
• Are result-oriented for your clients and are assertive.
• Are willing to obtain your Wft certificates quickly.
