Job description
In the Traineeship Compliance & Risk at Welten, you start in a broad financial role at a bank or financial institution. You will learn how to identify risks, apply laws and regulations, and how financial processes and customer activities are responsibly designed.
In short:
- You start through Welten in a general assignment at a bank or financial organization where you will learn about processes, systems, and customer contact in practice.
- You follow training focused on compliance, risk, CDD, and financial crime such as anti-money laundering and fraud.
- You obtain your Wft Basis (and potentially additional Wft certificates) and are trained in the areas of Wwft and other relevant laws and regulations.
- You develop skills to grow into roles such as CDD analyst or compliance officer, or other roles within financial services.
