Are you looking for a career where your development is central, you make a social impact, and you use technology to make organizations smarter and future-proof? Our Traineeship Business Analyst is the place for ambitious starters who get energy from process improvement, like to take responsibility, and are strong in analyzing and communicating. Do you want to grow into the specialist in process optimization while working and learning? Then this program is your ideal start.
We Offer
- A permanent contract with a monthly salary of € 2,709.40 based on 36 hours including IKB. Additionally, your salary will increase annually with your development.
- Do you have a contract for 40 hours? Then you will receive 125% of those 4 extra hours. This puts you at a gross monthly salary of € 3,018.60, including the IKB.
- 12.33% Individual Choice Budget (IKB), of which 8.33% is holiday pay and 4% is for additional leave, a sports subscription, a lease bike, or payout. Bonus: IKB counts towards your mortgage, so your dream home comes one step closer.

- The opportunity to participate in the most fun activities such as our ski trip, the weekly bootcamp, or festival.
The Business Analyst traineeship consists of three fixed components:
- Every month you can start with the best onboarding program in the Netherlands! Apply now and start at House of Bèta on, for example, November 6, November 20, or December 4, 2026!
- Gain a lot of relevant work experience in a short period through secondment at reputable names in various sectors, such as ABN AMRO, a.s.r., Stedin, and the Tax Administration.
- An education program with a focus on technical training (including Python, Excel/VBA, SQL, and Power BI) and skills training such as Assertiveness Training & Effective Influence.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a trainee, you will work through secondment on diverse projects for various clients. Think of banks, insurers, government agencies, energy companies, and executive organizations. This way, you will quickly develop broad knowledge, discover which role suits you best, and build a solid foundation for your career.
When you start in the Business Analyst Traineeship, you won't immediately start in a purely advisory or strategic role. In fact: at House of Bèta, we believe you can only become a strong professional if you first truly understand how organizations work. Therefore, you will consciously start operationally, in the middle of the business.
You will work on tasks that give you insight into processes, systems, and stakeholders. Think of analyzing workflows, processing and evaluating files, detailing process steps, and supporting teams with daily issues. This way, you will learn where bottlenecks occur, how decision-making takes place, and where process optimization makes a difference.
Your ultimate ambition is to work on issues within, for example, the banking sector, the public sector, or the energy market. Think of improving customer processes, optimizing chains, or guiding teams in change processes. Wherever your final destination lies – you will use your talent for the future of the Netherlands.
YOUR DEVELOPMENT TRAJECTORY
You will work on multiple projects for different clients, allowing you to gain a wide range of experiences. You will learn to work with various processes, methodologies, and challenges, and discover where your talents are best utilized along the way.
Through this variety, you will not only develop technical skills but also gain insight into what suits you and what doesn't. Every assignment contributes to your growth. This way, you will build your career step by step as a process professional with a strong foundation and sharp focus.
SUPPORT & PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
You are not alone with us. During the traineeship, you will be supported by a strong guidance team that helps you get the most out of yourself:
- People Matcher – ensures a suitable and structured start at your client
- Development Manager – guides your development, coaches you, and keeps a close eye on your growth
- Expertiseboog (Expertise Arch) – gives you access to a network of experts and coaches for technical and personal support
Together, they ensure that you take targeted steps and make the most of your traineeship.
TRAINING & SKILLS
You will follow tailored training, fitting your ambitions and learning goals, with an unlimited training budget. You will obtain relevant certifications such as Lean (Yellow/Green Belt), Scrum Master, or BiSL.
Additionally, you will work on your soft skills through our House of Bèta Academy. Think of training in areas such as communication, stakeholder management, and influence. This way, you develop yourself not only as a professional but also as a person.
