Trainee/Licenced - Pest Control Technician

As a pest control technician, you will be expected to: • Conduct thorough site inspections to identify pest issues and develop effective treatment plans; • Carry out treatments and control measures to eliminate pest infestations; • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met; • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives; • Maintain accurate records and reports of treatments and customer interactions; • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices; • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge; • Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines; • Be physically fit and able to lift and carry equipment and supplies; • Be prepared to work in a variety of environments, including outdoors and in confined spaces; • Be able to work in a team environment and be willing to assist colleagues as needed; • Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required; • Be able to travel to various locations within the Sydney area, as required.
