As a trainee in controlling, you will be gradually introduced to the financial management of our brands. You will learn about different business models, key performance indicators and control approaches – from revenue and contribution margin logic to brand-specific KPIs.

Aufgaben

• Support with evaluations, reports and sales forecasts for our brands
• Analyze different brand experiences with their own key figures, cost structures and control logics
• Take on, accompany and monitor strategic projects in close coordination with controlling and management
• Participate in the development and further development of controlling structures, tools and processes
• Cross-functional communication with operations, finance, marketing and management
• Integration into operational tasks to improve efficiency in gastronomy
• Sporadic out-of-hours work to get familiar with locations, structures and workflows
• Support for projects of the management team
• Taking over your own area of responsibility as you qualify and develop further

Qualifikation

• Ongoing or completed studies (e.g. business administration, controlling, finance, economics)
• Alternative: vocational training with interest in controlling & management
• Analytical thinking and pleasure in dealing with numbers
• Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Structured, self-reliant and solution-oriented working style
• Communication strength and interest in operational gastronomyLust, willingness to take responsibility and develop further
