Profile description
Responsibilities
- You will participate in a rotational learning experience with a duration of 12 months
- You will benefit from continuous training for the first level of management in the Sales department
- You will work closely with the management team that ensures the optimal functioning of our stores
- You will make trips within the country to study the particularities of Kaufland stores
- You will take over a project within our stores, aiming to analyze and optimize processes
Your profile
- University degree completed or in progress
- Experience coordinating a team represents an advantage
- Availability for a work program with shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Advanced knowledge of English language (German language is an advantage)
- Mobility within the region of 100% and driving license (category B)
- Perseverance, enthusiasm for the retail domain, and orientation towards results
