Do you want to get into social commerce and take on responsibility from day one? As a Trainee TikTok Shop Management, you will learn with us how to build and scale creator communities for our customers. You will be introduced to your own customers step by step and grow with your tasks.

the task

Creator Sourcing & Onboarding

• You will support the establishment and expansion of our customers' TikTok Shop affiliate networks.
• You will identify and recruit new creators who fit the brand, target audience, and product.
• You will keep an eye on the top creators per customer and help retain them long-term.
• You will accompany the entire onboarding process: from the initial contact, through contract processing, to the first post.
• You will develop a sense for which creator fits which brand and which does not.

Creator Management & Communication

• You will be the point of contact for several affiliates simultaneously, maintain the relationship, and provide clear feedback.
• You will create briefs that not only inform creators but truly activate them.
• You will coordinate content productions and ensure output quality and timelines.

Campaign Management

• You will plan, set up, and evaluate campaigns for our customers.
• You will select products for the campaigns and manage sample logistics.

• You will translate viral hits on TikTok Shop into new campaign ideas.

Performance & Optimization

• You will consistently track the performance of your creators (GMV, and much more) and learn what the numbers mean.
• You will derive measures, optimize the creator setup, and scale what works.
• You will structurally contribute your learnings to the team and develop new standards together with us.

• Initial experience in the creator environment, social media, or marketing, for example through internships, working student positions, apprenticeships, studies, or your own projects.
• Genuine interest in TikTok, social commerce, and how creator commerce works (no prior TikTok Shop knowledge necessary).
• Organizational talent: You keep track of things, even when multiple creators, brands, and deadlines are running simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills: You can speak with creators on an equal footing and with customers professionally.
• Data affinity: You enjoy working with numbers and use them to make better decisions.
• Hands-on mentality: You don't wait for instructions, but you jump in and learn quickly.
