Tasks

Your tasks in the Trainee program

• Tutor support: Accompanying our instructors in online courses and workshops, supporting participants with questions and exercises
• Practical guidance: Mentoring during practical project work and providing assistance with applying AI tools
• Preliminary preparation & organization: Supporting the creation of teaching materials, slides, and examples
• Feedback & evaluation: Participating in evaluating assignments and developing teaching content
• Course development: Bringinging your own ideas into the conception and further development of training formats
• Technical support: Supporting the setup and operation of technical learning environments. Independent responsibility: In later stages, independently conducting beginner formats like "AI for beginners"

Qualification

You bring this with you

• A completed degree or shortly before, ideally in an economic, technical, or didactic field
• Basic knowledge and enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and current AI tools
• Pleasure in explaining and conveying complex content in a clear manner
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Patience, empathy, and pleasure in working with people
• Structured, independent work style and openness to feedback
