To arrange everything to accomplish a voyage such as the appointment of the shipping agent, bunker replenishment, weather routing appointment etc To issue voyage instruction to vessel master in accordance to the governing CP To check all shipping documents such as pre-stowage plan, B/L Handling freight invoice, demurrage/despatch, hire payment and port disbursement accounts and so on Communication with vessel’s masters, owners/charterers or brokers, ports agent Monitoring the vessel’s movement …
