Trainee Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) in social media management who can contribute their strengths in a targeted way and work together with us to sustainably advance our company and German industry.

As a social media manager, you will look after client projects together with our team and develop content and campaigns for social networks. You combine creativity with a clear focus on target groups, results, and the employer brands of our industrial clients.

If you don't have any professional experience yet, you have the opportunity to learn the necessary expertise from scratch with us. Through our modern internal training system, we can impart the knowledge you need for your new role as a Social Media Manager (m/f/d) at Schulze Marketing in a very short time. We will provide you with comprehensive know-how so that you can work independently with our clients and systems after your onboarding.

Areas of Responsibility

• Planning and design of social media content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok

• Conception and creation of organic posts as well as paid advertisements

• Preparation, planning, and execution of social media projects

• Design and further development of our clients' social media presences

• Creation and placement of online marketing campaigns

• Analysis of ongoing campaigns and derivation of concrete optimizations

• Regular exchange with project management and clients on current campaigns
