What are your tasks?

• Support in daily Social Media and Channel Management (planning, posting, community management)
• Development and implementation of content ideas including writing captions, texts, and briefings
• Identification and coordination of creators & influencers as well as support for organizing collaborations
• Preparation and presentation of briefings, contracts, and campaign execution
• Support in researching new cooperations, trends, and innovative content formats
• Organization and execution of smaller projects

What we expect from you?

• A completed degree in the field of Communication, Media, Marketing or a comparable education with initial professional experience in Social Media, Digital Communications, Influencer or Talent Management – ideally in an agency
• Understanding of trends, platform mechanics, and digital communication as well as secure handling of common social media platforms & tools (such as Canva)
• Fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking as well as text security
• You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and work independently, pragmatically, and solution-oriented
