Trainee Sales Manager for the Northwest Vienna and Lower Austria Region

Job description

You will receive an intensive approximately 13-month training at the Point of Sale including job rotation in the training markets, central rotation, and accompanying colleagues.
In your target function, you will lead a regional sales area with around 10-12 BILLA and BILLA PLUS markets and be responsible for personnel management for 300-350 employees, including their sustainable potential development and transmission of company values.
You will support and enable market managers in recruiting, leading, and fostering the team spirit of market teams.
You will proactively design optimal market flows to ensure customer satisfaction and the economic success of the assigned area.
Analysis of business key figures and derivation of corresponding measures together with your market leadership staff and a fresh expert lies within your responsibility.
The inspection of compliance with legal requirements and guidelines (e.g. HACCP) as well as internal company processes is also part of your task area.
You will act as a link between your market employees and central departments and represent BILLA as a company in your region.
In your function, you will shape the company's success through your participation in innovative projects.
