Your tasks in the restaurant:
- As a management trainee, you will start an apprenticeship in restaurant management and learn all operational processes in the restaurant.
- You will learn all stations in the restaurant and face the daily challenges of the restaurant's everyday life.
- You will complete internal training programs and support restaurant leadership in personnel planning, introducing new products, and optimal inventory management.
- As a perfect host/hostess, you will offer our guests an excellent dining experience.
- You ensure the maintenance of high McDonald's standards, quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Once you become a shift leader, you will lead a diverse team and take care of a smooth workflow in the restaurant.
