Deine Aufgaben im Restaurant:
- Als Management-Trainee beginnst du eine Ausbildung ins Restaurant Management und erlernst alle operativen Prozesse im Restaurant.
- Du lernst alle Stationen im Restaurant und stellst dich den täglichen Herausfordeurngen im Restaurantalltag.
- Du absolvierst interne Ausbildungen und unterstützt die Restaurantleitung bei der Personalplanung, der Einführung neuer Produkte und einer optimalen Warenbewirtschaftung.
- Als perfekte:r Gastgeber:in bietest du unseren Gästen ein tolles Restauranterlebnis.
- Sorgst für die Einhaltung der hohen McDonald´s Standards, Qualität, Service und Sauberkeit.
- Sobald du Schichtführer:in bist, führst du ein diverses Team und kümmerst dich um einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Restaurant.
