Taking a reservation, checking in, communicating correct and precise information, establishing an invoice or exceeding client expectations will no longer be a secret for you. Plus, you'll bathe throughout your journey in a convivial, dynamic, and professional atmosphere.

Mission:

• Accommodate and orient clients with professionalism, elegance, and respect for MGallery, Accor & LQA standards.
• Perform check-ins and check-outs.
• Respond to phone calls, manage incoming/outgoing messages and mail.
• Anticipate and respond to any client dissatisfaction, find quick and adapted solutions while respecting cost management.
• Promote hotel points of sale and services.
• Ensure the follow-up throughout the stay of VIPs, personalizing relationships and supervising their arrivals.
• Update and track customer profiles on OPERA, in collaboration with reception and reservations.
• Care for loyalty program member requests.
• Communicate effectively with hotel departments to ensure client satisfaction.
• Etablish invoices and take reservations.
• Handle all client requests related to the concierge service.
• Pilot and communicate quality indicators to hotel teams.
