Trainee Project Manager (Career Changers Welcome) (m/f/d)

We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) in project management to support us in maintaining contact with our customers, smoothly organizing our projects, and actively shaping our goal of sustainably strengthening German industry.

As a Project Manager, you will be the link between our agency clients and our online marketing team. You will organize customer projects and delegate individual tasks to the responsible colleagues within the marketing team.

Do you have no prior experience in online marketing or customer service? – No problem!
If you do not yet have professional experience, you have the opportunity to learn the online marketing trade from scratch with us. Through our modern internal training area, we can impart the knowledge you need for your new role as a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) at Schulze Marketing GmbH in a very short time. We will provide you with comprehensive expertise, enabling you to work independently with our clients after our internal further training.

Areas of Responsibility (all after extensive onboarding):

• Maintaining and expanding customer relationships with our agency clients (renowned medium-sized companies)

• Recording customer requests and presenting and developing new marketing strategies

• Internal planning of customer projects and delegation of individual work steps

• Conducting strategy planning meetings with our new clients for a successful start to the collaboration

• Holding regular feedback meetings with our clients on the progress of the collaboration

• Responsibility for and ensuring the customer satisfaction of our agency clients

• Answering content-related questions from clients regarding the progress of the collaboration and advertising campaigns (by phone and in writing)

• Providing email support for incoming inquiries from existing customers

• Ensuring and improving customer satisfaction
