The RCT Pro GmbH from Konstanz develops intelligent industrial and large-scale storage systems for the energy transition. Tasks

Your tasks - versatile and individual:

We are looking for trainees for our development department. Depending on your interests and qualifications, we see you in hardware or software development:

• Hardware: Battery cells/modules/packs, power electronics, and inverters, system integration, and design of protective devices
• Software: Battery Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), data analytics

You will work closely with the senior management team and receive valuable insights into strategic decisions and company processes.

Qualification

• A strong university degree - your field of study is secondary, but background knowledge in the aforementioned hardware or software area is relevant
• Readiness to independently engage with new topics
• Entrepreneurial thinking and willingness to shape
• A broad interest in technology, business, and innovation
• Learner's willingness and desire for further development
• Team player and 'can-do' mentality
• Travel readiness
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
