Trainee Pflegesatzverhandlung & Pflegefinanzierung (m/w/d)

Job description

We are building expertise that is scarce on the market – and we're looking for personalities with analytical thinking, entrepreneurial interest, and a desire to take responsibility.

As a trainee (m/w/d) in the area of Pflegesatzverhandlung, we will develop you structured and practically to a specialized expert for negotiating remuneration rates in the care sector. You will work closely with experienced advisors, gain deep insights into the financial systems of stationary care facilities, and take on early independent tasks.

The position can be hybrid and offers long-term development prospects in a highly relevant and growing market environment.

Tasks

As part of a structured onboarding process and an intensive familiarization phase, you will learn:

  • the basics of care financing according to SGB XI and XII
  • the analysis of cost structures and calculation systems for care facilities
  • the preparation of sustainable negotiation documents
  • the accompaniment and prospective independent leadership of care rate negotiations
  • professional exchange with cost bearers, facility leaders, and other stakeholders
  • the evaluation of statutory changes and their economic impact

The goal is to develop you step by step into a central interface between care facilities and cost bearers.

Qualification

We are not looking for finished specialists – but talents with potential.

You fit in well with us if:

  • you have completed a degree in the field of health economics, care, social sciences or business administration or a comparable qualification
  • you have an interest in economic questions in the healthcare sector
  • you think analytically and work structuredly
  • you can present complex issues in a clear and concise manner
  • you communicate effectively and find negotiation situations exciting
  • you are familiar with MS Office, particularly Excel
  • you have very good German language skills in writing and speaking

First practical experiences in the healthcare sector or consulting are advantageous but not a requirement.
