Job Description

As Trainee Performance Marketing (gn) you will be part of our Paid & Organic Growth-Teams and take on responsibility for Paid-Search-Campaigns, supported by analyzing performance data and taking on own projects to identify growth potential. You will develop yourself into a Performance Marketing Manager in the future.

📍 Berlin or remote (in travel distance) | ⏳ Full-time (40 hours/week)

Your Area of Responsibility:

• You will take on responsibility for Paid-Search-Campaigns (Google Ads) from the start and learn directly from experienced Performance Marketers how to translate budgets into measurable results.
• You will work operationally on setup, optimization, and performance analysis and develop yourself step by step from execution to independent responsibility.
• You will take on own projects with the goal of identifying additional growth potential and developing it.
• In the long run, you will expand your area of responsibility beyond Paid Search to other channels and cross-channel growth initiatives.

You Bring:

• A strong analytical and structured thinking approach – you enjoy breaking down complex questions into clear frameworks and working with numbers.
• A high level of self-responsibility and intrinsic motivation – you take the initiative, work independently, and bring things to a close consistently.
• A proactive working style and confidence in dealing with uncertainty – you are willing to make assumptions, test things, and quickly learn from results.
• A solid professional foundation (e.g. through studies, training or comparable practical experience) as well as proven analytical strength. The specific field is not decisive.
• German on a native level and very good English skills in writing and speaking.
