traktorpool is the marketplace for international trade in used agricultural machinery. Meanwhile, more than 2,500 dealers from around the world use the platform and market their machines, whether for sale or rental. As the most well-known and most frequently used agricultural website in Germany (according to AgriMA), the platform offers enormous reach and machines for every challenge.

Tasks

• You ensure with your daily work that even more visitors find their dream machine on our marketplaces.
• You learn the basics of SEA, SEO, and Keywords and support us in increasing our visibility on relevant platforms.
• After an induction period, you create independent conversion-strong campaigns and mailings.
• You will be active in the Social Media area and immerse yourself in our communities.
• You deal actively with the topic of KI, automate recurring tasks independently, and maintain existing workflows.
• You take responsibility and drive projects forward independently.
• You bring yourself actively into the team and support your colleagues in all planned measures – online and offline.

Qualification

• Artificial Intelligence is a natural part of digital working for you. You have fun trying out new KI tools and utilizing their potential for marketing, content creation, and process automation.
• You have a background in agriculture and/or an affinity to agricultural machinery.
• You have completed a Bachelor's degree in the field of Communication, Business Administration or Agriculture.
• You convince through your communicative and empathetic nature and approach people with ease.
• You have an eye for an appealing and emotional design.
• Initiative, flexibility, and team spirit characterize you.
• You enjoy learning about digital topics and are not afraid of challenges.
