Online marketing is changing faster than ever before. SEO/GEO, KI-gestützte Kampagnensteuerung, new platforms: whoever gets in now learns the trade at a moment when the foundations are being rewritten.

Our traineeship is not just a spectator program. You work on real customer projects from the start, learn all disciplines and take responsibility early.

Tasks

What you do here

• You go through all core areas in the first 6 months: SEO/GEO, SEA, Social Media, Programmatic Ads and Web Analytics
• You supervise real customer projects together with the team and have active contact with customers
• You steer, optimize and evaluate online marketing campaigns and learn to derive clear recommendations from them
• You use KI actively in everyday life: for research, analysis, content and automation. KI finds you exciting, not threatening
• You create performance reports and conduct website analyses, including deriving optimization measures
• In the second 6 months, you specialize in the area that interests you most

How the traineeship looks like in concrete terms

• You start with a well-thought-out onboarding: theoretical foundations and practical tasks directly for real customers, from the start
• You will be closely accompanied and receive regular feedback
• You take over more self-responsibility step by step, no fear of the deep end
• You get a good insight into all areas of online marketing in the first 6 months of the program and can specialize in an area that excites you most in the further 6 months
• A takeover after the traineeship is possible

Qualification

• A completed degree or a completed apprenticeship, preferably with reference to marketing, communication, economics or IT
• Genuine interest in online marketing and willingness to continuously learn new topics
• First work experience, for example from internships, work study programs or the degree itself
• Internet affinity and no fear of customer contact
• Structured, responsible work with high quality standards
• German language skills at level C1
