Trainee Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Trainee Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for our marketing agency in Bielefeld as soon as possible. You will support our clients in onboarding with us, be responsible for support, and learn to develop marketing campaigns.

No prior experience in online marketing? Career changers?

During the training period, you will learn everything you need to perform the job. Therefore, prior marketing knowledge is not necessary.

Your tasks with us:

• Creation of advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google & TikTok for our clients

• Writing advertising copy for ads and landing pages/websites

• Onboarding of new client projects

• Telephone contact and written support for our clients' questions

• Analysis of the success of advertising campaigns as well as their optimization or improvements

We are a marketing agency based in Bielefeld (Hillegossen, directly on the motorway) specializing in online marketing. In particular, we support our clients in presenting themselves online as attractive companies in order to hire more staff or gain more customers. We have supported over 250 companies with 50 to 2000 employees, such as clinics and care facilities.

We are looking for people who work independently and want to develop themselves. If you are open-minded and communicative, then we should get to know each other.

Salary: 3,200 Euros per month (gross)

Training period: 2-3 months - Permanent employment - Unlimited contract - Full-time

Development and promotion opportunities are available in the coming years.
