For our team and company in Cologne, we are looking for a Trainee Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - Full-time, to support us with our client projects.

As a Trainee Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - Full-time, you will work very closely with our clients and manage their advertising campaigns. After extensive onboarding, you will be an expert in Online Marketing / Performance Marketing and thus also a direct point of contact for our clients on topics such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Funnel Architecture, Online Visibility, Long-term Branding, and many more.

Your Tasks: 

• Conceptualize, optimize, and manage our clients' advertising campaigns

• Conceptualize, optimize, and manage advertising campaigns for us internally

• Individually manage diverse brands in their maintenance

• Manage advertising budgets of up to 6 figures

• Work closely with our video team to get the most creative video & image ads delivered

• Create reports and analyses of our clients' existing advertising campaigns

• Optimization of existing strategies through targeted use of our know-how

• Close collaboration with our clients

• Success monitoring of advertising campaigns and regular feedback

What You Should Bring:

• Completed vocational training is helpful, but not required

• The ability to follow existing processes

• Clean and error-free written expression in German

• Prior knowledge in areas such as Online Marketing, Agency, Coaching, Consulting, etc. is advantageous, but not necessary
