Trainee Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) in online marketing who can contribute their strengths in a targeted manner and work with us to sustainably advance our company and German industry.

As an Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will plan, create, and optimize digital campaigns for our industrial clients. You will combine advertising copy, landing pages, social media ads, and key performance indicators into measures that visibly contribute to order and employee acquisition.

Through our modern internal training system, we can teach you the knowledge you need for your new role as an Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) at Schulze Marketing in the shortest possible time. We will provide you with comprehensive know-how so that you can work independently with our clients and systems after your onboarding.

Areas of Responsibility

• Planning and design of online marketing campaigns

• Creation of target-group-specific advertising copy for ads and landing pages

• Conception and design of landing pages and career pages

• Setup and placement of campaigns on relevant online platforms

• Ongoing performance monitoring based on defined key figures

• Continuous evaluation and optimization to increase campaign performance

• Regular exchange with project management and clients on ongoing measures
