Trainee No-Code-/Low-Code-Automation Expert (m/f/d)

We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) in the field of No-Code-/Low-Code Automation, who will bring their strengths to bear and work with us to sustainably advance our company and German industry.

As a No-Code-/Low-Code Automation Expert, you will analyze recurring processes and implement reliable automations for them. With tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, and Airtable, you will develop solutions that relieve our teams and make processes measurably more efficient.

If you have no prior professional experience, you have the opportunity to learn the necessary expertise from scratch with us. Through our modern internal training system, we can impart the knowledge you need for your new role as a No-Code-/Low-Code Automation Expert (m/f/d) at Schulze Marketing in a very short time. We will provide you with comprehensive know-how so that you can work independently with our clients and systems after your onboarding.

Areas of Responsibility

• Building and maintaining automations in n8n, Make, and Airtable during ongoing operation

• Analyzing recurring workflows and selecting the cases that are truly worth automating

• Creating internal interfaces and frontends with No-Code-/Low-Code tools

• Testing, monitoring, and continuously improving existing automations

• Documenting automations so that they can continue to run without you

• Collaborating with specialist departments on the implementation of new automations
