The Trainee Concept:

Qualifications

🛠 Your Profile:

• Language Proficiency: You speak Spanish at a native level (or fluent) to perfectly serve our international target group in Berlin. Basic German skills for everyday office life are helpful, but not a barrier: your personality counts!
• Background: You have a (nearly) completed degree (field is secondary!) or a commercial apprenticeship.
• Mindset & Drive: You have a "doer mentality", are empathetic, and are eager to elevate yourself to a new level, both professionally and personally.
  Career changers (m/f/d) with grit are explicitly welcome!
