The HR-Com GmbH is a specialized IT consulting company focused on SAP® HCM and SAP® SuccessFactors with its headquarters in Nürnberg. At the center are our services in the areas of Consulting, Application Management, and Payroll-Services.

We have positioned ourselves since our founding in 2000 as a long-term partner for our customers in the SAP® HCM market. We offer them top-notch service and a wide range of individually tailored, innovative solutions.

The HR-Com is an owner-managed company with around 60 employees. Currently, we are looking for colleagues who will support us with their performance-oriented mindset, goal orientation, and pragmatism to realize customer wishes in the best possible way.

Aufgaben

What you can expect from us

• Practical start: You don't just start with theory - you take on concrete tasks in customer projects, shape the digitalization of HR processes, and grow step by step into your role.
• Mentoring & Onboarding: From day one, a experienced mentor will accompany you. At the same time, you'll use your free time for personal research and self-study.
• Fachliche Ausbildung: You build deep knowledge in HR processes, remuneration calculation, tax and social insurance - supplemented by role-playing exercises and project work.
• Specialization: After 6 months, you'll specialize in consulting (remuneration calculation or time accounting). You'll deepen your knowledge and learn to configure SAP® HCM systems professionally and technically.

Softskill trainings like time management, consulting tools, and mental health will complement your training. After 18 months of the trainee program, a takeover as a consultant is planned.

Qualifikation

What you bring with you

• Completed studies in business administration with an IT or HR focus or in (business) informatics
• Alternatively: completed vocational training in the field of taxation or a commercial field with a personal economic orientation
• Interest in business processes and high IT affinity
• Analytical thinking and structured, independent working style
• Ideal candidate has some initial work experience in HR or IT
• Pleasure in working with IT systems and interest in starting a career in the field of IT consulting
