Trainee (m/w/d) PR, Content & Social Media

Contegy is the Boutique Agency for B2B companies from the technology and industry field. From strategic positioning to the finished campaign - we work for startups and hidden champions with products that require explanation.

We offer a 12-month traineeship in the area of PR, Content & Social Media for newcomers.

Aufgaben

At Contegy, every day is different, so your tasks will also be diverse. In your traineeship, we offer you a combination of solid theory and practical experience:

• You will receive a defined training plan, where you will get to know (and love) the various task areas in an agency from scratch.
• You will work in cross-functional teams on various projects. Under the guidance of our experienced advisors, you will accompany our customers, design campaigns, create content, and communicate with external service providers and suppliers.
• In the course of your traineeship, you will receive three external further training sessions at the Academy of the Bavarian Press.
• You will have space for personal development through coaching and regular feedback discussions.
• Our common goal is to develop you into a Junior Consultant with the option of taking over in our team.

Qualifikation

• You hold an completed university degree in the field of Communication, PR, Marketing, Journalism or a comparable field.
• You have already gained some practical experience as a work student, during internships or in part-time jobs.
• You are familiar with common office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace), AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) and/or design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva etc.) - or you're eager to learn.
• You are actively present on relevant social media platforms.
• You have no fear of complex B2B topics and want to know how to make exciting stories out of them.
• You possess a very good communication style in both written and spoken form in German and English.
• You think structured and analytically, enjoy operational implementation, and have a conceptual understanding for aesthetics.
• You are eager to work entrepreneurially in a startup environment and small team, taking on responsibility quickly - always with the highest quality standards, absolutely reliable, and meticulous.

Important: You don't need to meet all criteria immediately. You also don't need to take over all tasks immediately. We'll look together at where your strengths lie, what you can already do, and where you'd like to develop further.
