Trainee (m/w/d) Key Account Management - Hybrid

To strengthen our Key Account Management team in Zierndorf/Fürth or Ingolstadt, we are looking for an IT Sales Trainee (m/w/d) for the Key Account Management department.

To drive our growth further, we are seeking motivated young talents (m/w/d) who want to start their career in IT sales. In a direct 1:1 collaboration with our Key Account Management, you will receive an optimal professional start and accompany our Key Account Managers (m/w/d) in the care and further development of strategically important customers.

Tasks

• Prior and post-processing of customer meetings
• Participation in customer meetings, and with increasing experience, gradual takeover of own meetings
• Travel activity in the context of customer visits, end-customer, partner, or industry events (regional / nationwide)
• Cross- and upselling to strategically develop customers in collaboration with the Key Account Manager (m/w/d)
• Maintenance and updating of the CRM system (Workday)
• Coordination and collaboration with adjacent areas such as Inside Sales, Bid Management, Controlling, and our sales and technology partners

Qualification

• Studies or training in the field of IT, first professional experience in the IT sales environment is advantageous
• Structured and independent working style
• Good communication skills and a quick understanding
• Motivation to get involved in new topics
• Safe handling of MS 365 applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Fluent German skills and English skills at least C1
