Trainee (m/f/d) in Energy Efficient Refurbishment

If you are enthusiastic about project management, sales thinking, a lot of customer contact, and a varied everyday life, and are still looking for the perfect career start, then our traineeship is exactly right for you. Through comprehensive support from your mentor, you will be trained in all aspects of refurbishment management until you are ready to lead your own projects. We will teach you everything you need to know. All you need to bring is a great deal of drive and interest in our industry.

As part of our 12-month trainee program, you will get to know all the areas you need for the implementation of professional refurbishment.

• You will advise our clients on their refurbishment projects and sell our services
• You will provide information to your colleagues in energy consulting
• You will plan the implementation together with our craft partners
• You will ensure a smooth process and completion of the refurbishment
• You will work with high-quality leads, as we do not do cold calling

• You are enthusiastic about real estate and its energetically sensible refurbishment
• You have completed vocational training or a degree
• First professional experience in the real estate/construction industry or in crafts is a plus
• You approach customers openly and speak the language of the trades
• High reliability and sense of responsibility
• As a team player, you contribute to the success of the branch
• You have a driver's license, good driving experience, and enjoy being on the road
• You speak and write German fluently to communicate effectively with different target groups
