Tasks

Your entry into project management: Become a trainee at ADCELL!

As a trainee in project management, you will look beyond the horizon, gain valuable insights into various departments, and bring projects successfully across the finish line. You will work on an equal footing with our management team. At ADCELL, you won't stay on the bench for long: you'll quickly take responsibility for your own areas of activity and become a driving force in our dynamic environment. This is what awaits you:

• You will support the management team and our project managers actively in their daily operations.
• You will be involved in internal projects from the initial idea to planning and final implementation.
• You will evaluate project goals and results, and derive strategic recommendations for action from them.
• You will create comprehensive decision-making documents, presentations, and reports for management.
• You will actively shape existing processes and make them even more efficient with your fresh perspective.

Qualification

• A completed degree in business administration (BWL, WiWi, etc.) or a comparable education.
• First practical experiences in project management, where you have already applied theoretical knowledge.
• A well-developed analytical mindset and a genuine passion for numbers, data, and logical connections.
• Outstanding skills in the standard MS-Office tools, particularly Excel.
• A structured, solution-oriented work style paired with healthy drive, initiative, and loyalty.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels in German and ideally also English.
