Your Area of Responsibility

• Entry into Financial Consulting: You will learn how to conduct customer conversations professionally, identify needs, and offer tailor-made solutions.

• Sales & Customer Care: You will support the acquisition and consultation of new customers and gradually build your own customer base.

• Financial Planning & Analysis: You will create analyses and concepts in the areas of insurance, retirement planning, investment, and wealth accumulation.

• Practical Training: You will work closely with experienced advisors and learn all core processes in sales.

• Teamwork & Mentoring: You will be personally accompanied by Kevin Kehr – with clear structure, feedback, and individual support.

What You Bring With You

• High school diploma (Abitur) or completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable/higher qualification

• Very good German language skills (min. C1 level or native speaker)
