Qualification

What you bring with you

• Background: You have successfully completed a degree (Business Administration, Law, Humanities, or similar), a commercial apprenticeship, or are about to graduate.
• Mindset: You have a "can-do mentality", work independently, and take the initiative when opportunities arise.
• Communication: You have a confident demeanor, are empathetic, and have the ability to inspire people for complex topics.
• Desire for Development: Standing still is not for you. You are eager to continuously elevate yourself professionally (IHK) and personally to a new level.
• Career Changers: Motivated career changers (m/f/d) with drive and a willingness to learn are also explicitly welcome!
