Tasks

• Individual Consulting: Together with your team, you will support demanding private and business clients in the areas of wealth accumulation, investment, real estate financing and provision.
• Competency Development: You will acquire sound technical and sales knowledge to specifically further develop your consulting competence.
• Business Development: You will independently take on projects and actively contribute your ideas to strategic issues.
• Entrepreneurial Thinking: As a consultant trainee, you act like an entrepreneur in the company and make a significant contribution to the development of new concepts and processes.

Qualification

• You have successfully completed a degree or are about to graduate with outstanding achievements.
• You are characterized by initiative, goal orientation and entrepreneurial thinking.
• You communicate confidently and empathetically – both in the team and in customer dialogue.
• Personal development is not a side goal for you, but part of your attitude.
