Tasks

• Individual Consulting: Together with your team, you will look after demanding private and business clients in the areas of asset accumulation, investment, real estate financing, and retirement planning.
• Skill Development: You will acquire well-founded technical and sales knowledge in order to specifically develop your consulting skills further.
• Business Development: You will take responsibility for projects and actively contribute your ideas to strategic issues.
• Entrepreneurial Thinking: As a Consultant Trainee, you will act like an entrepreneur within the company and contribute significantly to the development of new concepts and processes.

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed a degree or are about to graduate with convincing performance.
• You are characterized by initiative, goal orientation, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• You communicate confidently and empathetically – both within the team and in customer dialogue.
• Personal development is not a secondary goal for you, but part of your attitude.
